As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service solutions to our customers across the country. This role requires regular travel to customer sites to perform various types of service requirements on a range of forklift equipment.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* The key focus of this role involves the mobile servicing of customer forklifts (up to 7 tonne for light equipment and 10+ tonne for heavy equipment) and other lifting equipment. This includes planned maintenance (PMP) and inspections, new machine builds, modifications, and emergency breakdown repairs.
* You will work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Access to modern service vehicles, fully equipped with all necessary tools and parts stock.
* Work closely with our team of professionals at our Mackay branch, who are dedicated to supporting you in your role.
* Ongoing training and product support to ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
