Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced and certified Life Coach (Course Development and Student Coaching Specialist) to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will support the organisation through course development and direct coaching services. This position offers flexibility with the potential for consistent, long-term engagement. While the initial scope and frequency of work will be determined based on immediate organisational needs and project requirements, we anticipate the role will grow over time to approximately two days per week as programs expand and student enrolment increases. Key responsibilities: Course Development and Materials Creation Design and develop comprehensive life coaching courses aligned with industry best practices and organizational objectives Create engaging course materials including workbooks, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content Develop curriculum frameworks that support various learning styles and delivery methods Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance Regularly update and refine course materials based on participant feedback and emerging coaching methodologies Direct Coaching Services Provide professional life coaching services to enrolled students and program graduates Conduct individual and group coaching sessions using evidence-based coaching techniques Support students in achieving their personal and professional development goals Monitor and document client progress, maintaining appropriate confidentiality standards Facilitate workshops and webinars as needed Program Support and Administration Participate in program planning and strategy meetings Provide feedback on program effectiveness and suggest improvements Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and student progress Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless program delivery What we’re looking for: Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) (mandatory requirement) Current professional liability insurance Valid business registration/incorporation as an independent contractor Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design Proven track record of successful student/client outcomes Excellence in both one-on-one and group facilitation Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and learning management systems Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Adaptable to changing program needs and priorities Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently Commitment to continuous professional development Alignment with organizational values and coaching philosophy Flexible scheduling with advance notice of required work days Availability for some evening or weekend sessions to accommodate student schedules Commitment to agreed-upon project deadlines Benefits: $1k daily rate (Negotiable) Negotiable hours WFH - anywhere in Australia!
