About the role
As a Lead Educator, you will design and implement engaging, play-based programs that reflect childrens interests while embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) into everyday practice.
You will mentor and coach educators in your room, building reflective practice and professional growth, and play an active role in the services Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and curriculum decisions.
This role also involves building strong relationships with families and the local community to create inclusive and meaningful learning experiences.
What you bring
Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 12 months of experience leading a room or team in an Australian early learning context
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the planning cycle
Confidence in mentoring colleagues and engaging families
