THE POSITION Suitable for experienced operator looking for work-life balance or a step up for those looking for a career in hospitality management. Guide and lead the team throughout their shift. Assist the Cook with daily operations. People management and team development. Liaise with the client to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support. Handle administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking performance, as well as other office software for scheduling and coordination. THE PERSON Own reliable transport is preferred. Experience in a food and retail environment with a customer focus is an asset. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
