Job Overview
This leadership role oversees the end-to-end delivery of IT and business improvement projects. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks and issues proactively, communicating project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels, supporting business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy, and managing vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely project delivery.
* Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
* Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.
* Demonstrated success in delivering Information Management or document management system projects.
* Experience with SAP DMS or similar platforms is advantageous.
* Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
