About Our Team Member Role
A Barista is an integral part of our cafe's success. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in a similar role, be a strong team player and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving various hot beverages including coffee and tea
* Operating espresso machines to ensure high-quality drinks
* Supporting all aspects of food preparation and presentation
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the cafe
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with school holidays. We are looking for an Australian or New Zealand citizen or someone with an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Barista for at least a year
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
