The Sales Optimisation Team is responsible for supporting retail excellence from behind the scenes. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract is based at our Head Office in Parkside, reporting to the Sales Optimisation Manager.
You will support the Retail team through accurate reporting, operational administration, and system maintenance. You will analyse sales data, investigate errors, assist with stock claims, and help our stores deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Stock Reporting: Use POS (Square) and ERP (QAD) systems to provide accurate sales and stock information.
* Error Investigation: Investigate payment and charge discrepancies to ensure accuracy and fairness.
* Weekly Forecasting and KPI Tracking: Support the Sales Optimisation Manager with weekly forecasting and KPI tracking to ensure optimal performance.
* Stocktake Processes: Assist with stocktake processes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
* Store Requests: Manage store requests, including CCTV footage and POS support, to ensure seamless operations.
* Process Improvements: Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or retail support role.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Communication Skills: Positive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
