Reliability Engineer Role
As a Reliability Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a dynamic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis.
Develop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions.
Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimise spare parts inventory.
Analyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans.
Collaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices.
