We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Housekeepers to join our dedicated team and help us maintain our high standards. Accommodation provided for the right candidates. If you have hospitality experience? We want to hear from you too. Housekeeping working week is typically Monday to Friday 8am to 4PM with the option of over time.
The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Housekeeper, you will be the key to ensuring every guest walks into a sparkling clean and welcoming room. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Cleaning & Preparation: Thoroughly cleaning and preparing motel rooms and suites for arriving guests, which includes making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
* Bathroom Sanitisation: Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms to the highest hygiene standards, and replenishing all amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.).
* Public Areas: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas such as hallways, guest laundry, and other public spaces as required.
* Stock Control: Maintaining and organising the housekeeping trolley and linen room, and reporting when supplies need to be restocked.
* Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
* Guest Interaction: Interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner to fulfil requests for extra items or services.

* Reliable & Punctual: You are dependable and take pride in your work ethic.
* Physically Fit: Capable of performing the physical demands of the role (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
* Team Player: Able to work independently and efficiently, but also able to communicate well and support the wider team.
* Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a motel, hotel, or similar environment is highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
