Job Title
As a structural engineer with Capstone, you will lead the technical design of shiploaders and bulk material handling equipment for diverse brownfield projects across multiple locations.
* Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, and related equipment.
* Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams to ensure project success.
* Conduct site inspections and support fabrication and installation activities to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Structural analysis and design using tools like STAAD.Pro or ANSYS.
* Lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, including those related to steel structures, fatigue, and dynamic loading.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
* Experience working on maritime or heavy industrial projects.
* Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
