A well-established Adelaide civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team, driven by a strong pipeline of subdivision projects in North Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising a subdivision project from commencement through to completion
* Coordinating and directing site crews and subcontractors
* Delivering works including bulk earthworks, services (drainage, sewer, water), and pavements
* Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Managing site safety, pre-starts, and toolbox talks
* Reporting directly to the Site Manager
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on subdivision projects
* Strong understanding of civil infrastructure and land development works
* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
* Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on site
