Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and undertaking service design activities in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team.
* Applying expertise to enhance and improve existing software systems.
* Supporting the future design of electoral services or improved customer experiences.
* Delivering and designing appropriate service design artefacts and communication materials.
* Transforming defined business needs into outcomes and problem statements.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience delivering projects in project/program environments, with a strong grasp of human-centred design, user journey mapping, and strategic service design implementation.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
* Skilled in planning, facilitating, and documenting user interviews.
* Ability to translate between business and technical needs.
