Thoughtworks is a global software consultancy helping solve our client’s toughest problems with technology. This virtual work experience introduces you to consulting and agile software delivery, highlighting the role of technology in society.

This self-paced Virtual Experience Program takes approximately 4 to 5 hours to complete and is free for all students.
Upon completion, you’ll earn a digital badge and certificate to share on LinkedIn and include on your resume.
Throughout the program, you’ll gain insights into working as a consultant developer at Thoughtworks, applying engineering knowledge to real-world problems, and preparing for interviews.
What will you do?
Module 1: Consulting (30 minutes - 1 hour) - Learn what a consultant does and what their role involves.
Module 2: Agile Software Delivery (30 minutes - 1 hour) - Understand the importance of agile practices for delivering quality solutions quickly.
Module 3: Social Change (30 minutes - 1 hour) - Explore how and why we advocate for an equitable tech future.
Module 4: Diversity & Inclusion (30 minutes - 1 hour) - Challenge perceptions and unconscious biases.
Module 5: Developer Practices (30 minutes - 1 hour) - Discover core developer practices that maintain standards.
