This role plays a key part in enhancing the relationship between employers and members, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of key accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with employers and members through proactive engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through ongoing engagement and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and functions as required.
* Execute tailored client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
* Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
* Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with AFSL and RG146 requirements.
* Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
