At MARS Recruitment, we are currently supporting a well-established aged care provider in sourcing a compassionate and experienced Care Manager to lead the clinical and operational delivery of care within a residential setting.

About the Role
As Care Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering clinical excellence and operational efficiency across a residential aged care service. You'll oversee care, hospitality, and compliance functions, while creating a positive and engaged team culture.
You'll also be well supported by dedicated clinical and quality staff, as well as broader organisational resources across finance, people, and governance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor care, clinical, hospitality, and support teams
- Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with aged care standards
- Manage AN-ACC funding, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Support residents receiving assisted living or in-home services
- Support a culture of collaboration, quality improvement, and resident-first care
- Report on service performance to executive stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 5+ years post-registration experience, with leadership in aged care or healthcare
- Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, and AN-ACC (ACFI knowledge also valued)
- Confident leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, systems proficiency, and problem-solving ability
- National Police Check and full Australian working rights
Desirable:
- Postgraduate studies in management, gerontology, or leadership
- Dementia care program experience
