* Maintain accurate records and databases across the lease lifecycle, including room hire bookings and invoicing.
* Reconcile rental invoices and track payments, ensuring seamless financial management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
They will also have experience in commercial leasing or legal administration, with a solid understanding of lease documentation and legal terms.
Proficiency in systems like NOMOS and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with great judgment and a collaborative mindset.
