About the role
We're looking for a commercially driven Commercial Key Account Manager to grow Billi's presence across the construction and development sector. This role focuses on winning specifications, driving project sales, and building strong relationships with builders, developers and project stakeholders across the state.
What you'll be doing
* Grow commercial accounts across builders, developers and project managers
* Secure product specifications and drive installation across projects
* Identify, convert and manage commercial project pipelines
* Deliver product training and presentations to key partners
* Manage projects from tender to completion and maximise value
* Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate CRM reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes
About you
* Proven experience in commercial sales or account management
* Strong relationships within construction or development sectors
* Demonstrated success securing project wins and driving growth
* Highly organised with strong planning and negotiation skills
* Results‐driven, commercially focused and customer‐centric
* CRM‐savvy and confident managing complex pipelines
