The day to day:

You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism and curiosity. Learn all about our cool tech products and services by sharing your knowledge in a way that's easy to understand. Bring your charm by providing personalised solutions and product expertise – your smile is your secret sales weapon! Team up with your colleagues to create a welcoming haven - together, we learn, grow and create memorable moments that matter for customers.
