About the Company
Our award‐winning, privately owned joinery company servicing domestic, commercial and shop‐fitting markets has operated successfully since 1992.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Senior Detailer and work within a team of Detailers.
* Interpret plans, create shop drawings and prepare jobs to be sent to CNC machining.
* Use CAD/drawing programs to prepare drawings; demonstrate sound general computer skills.
* Follow procedures, be systems‐oriented and ensure reliable quality output from the department.
* Apply high attention to detail and meet deadlines.
* Maintain consistent performance with potential for planned promotions within the company.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of cabinet making, ideally as a Carpenter or Cabinet Maker.
* Alternatively, estimating experience in the building industry is highly regarded.
* Preference for experience in CAD/drawing programs; strong general computer skills.
* Ability to follow procedures and be systems‐oriented.
Location
The position is based in Yarrawonga, Albury or Wodonga.
