About the role
We're seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Ross Joinery Kitchens' in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. You'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of our busy office.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
Managing the reception & showroom area and ensuring it's kept clean and tidy
Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries with patience and empathy
Supporting the administration team with various clerical duties as required
Maintaining an organised filing system and updating records as needed
Contributing to a positive office environment and working collaboratively with the team
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of people
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Xero accounting software experience is beneficial but not required as training will be provided
