We're on the lookout for a
Technical Support Specialist
to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences and support our growing sales team.
What you'll do
* Provide first-line technical support for GNSS hardware and survey solutions.
* Assist customers with product troubleshooting, warranty claims, and training.
* Work closely with the sales team to design tailored solutions and prepare proposals.
* Stay up to date with new technologies, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
* Support product demonstrations, roadshows, and industry events.
* Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
We're after someone who is:
