Machine Operators – Excavator, Telehandler, Forklift & More | Sydney Metro
VP Recruit is seeking Multi‐Skilled Machine Operators for long‐term civil, commercial, and residential projects across Sydney.
What you'll be doing:
* Operating machinery in line with your tickets and experience (e.g. excavators, telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts)
* Supporting site prep, material handling, and earthworks
* Carrying out pre‐start checks and operating equipment safely
* Working alongside site teams and supervisors
* Maintaining strong safety and site standards
What we're looking for:
* Relevant tickets/licences (Excavator, Telehandler, Forklift, etc.)
* Experience working on active construction or civil sites
* Ability to operate machines confidently
* White Card and full PPE
* Reliable, switched on, and safety‐focused
What's on offer:
* $40–$75/hr depending on experience and tickets
