* Organizing and managing special events
* Preparation of executive-level presentations, documents, and monthly reports
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably managing multiple stakeholders
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports for different audiences using clear, concise language
About the Department
The Monash Health Infectious Diseases referral service receives several thousand hospitalized patients and over seven thousand outpatients across six clinics annually.
