We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the daily operations of our local pools. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the supervision of staff, ensure the safety and well-being of patrons, and contribute to the development of innovative programs that meet the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff across four pool locations: Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Braidwood, and Captains Flat.
* Support the operation and programming of our swim school for all ages, ensuring high-quality instruction and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a safe environment by monitoring and enforcing safety measures, adhering to regulations, and reporting incidents.
* Foster a positive team culture, promoting open communication, and recognizing employee achievements.
