Job Description
We are seeking two reliable and community-focused Transport Drivers to join Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely transport AWAHS clients to and from medical and specialist appointments on time.
* Assist with the delivery of patient scripts.
* Maintain high standards when interacting with clients, service providers, and the public.
* Conduct weekly vehicle checks, cleaning, fuelling, and report scheduled services to the Transport Coordinator.
* Maintain medical journey records and complete vehicle logbooks.
* Prepare written reports on transport activities when requested.
* Assist with phone calls and appointment bookings and actively promote AWAHS services.
Requirements:
* An excellent driving record with a current driving record provided by recommended applicants.
* A strong knowledge of the Albury and Wodonga area.
* The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with the local Aboriginal community.
* Proven organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A current Driver's licence.
