Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Execution Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all allocated concession locations. Ensure store presentation, housekeeping, and merchandising align with national VM guidelines and seasonal direction. Conduct weekly merchandising visits to your assigned stores according to your schedule. Ensure visual merchandising standards outlined in VM manuals and communications are consistently executed. Customer Experience Deliver a premium in-store experience by ensuring all locations are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards. Ensure stores are fully merchandised ahead of key promotional events, launches, and store visits. Support stores in achieving successful visual merchandising audit outcomes. Coaching & Team Development Provide on-the-floor coaching and training to store teams on visual merchandising techniques and standards. Support the State VM Manager with training sessions and development initiatives for retail teams. Encourage strong VM practices that support commercial outcomes and elevate the customer experience. Stock Presentation & Management Identify optimal product placement to maximise space and sales. Support stock management processes including transfers and stock organisation where required. Maintain strong awareness of loss prevention and support store teams to minimise shrinkage. Partnerships & Relationships Build strong working relationships with: Department store partners (David Jones and Myer) Centre management teams Retail leadership teams Collaborate with retail and VM teams to maximise sales through effective product presentation. WHS & Compliance Follow all APG & Co Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures. Maintain safe merchandising practices across all store environments. Participate in required WHS training and refreshers. About You You are a creative, energetic and commercially minded visual merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working across multiple locations. You will bring: Previous visual merchandising experience, ideally within fashion retail Experience working in department store concessions highly regarded Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to travel between stores across Victoria A genuine passion for fashion and retail presentation Full working rights in Australia
