Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Site Supervisor located in the Greater Ipswich Area. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that safety standards are met, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves managing a team of workers, scheduling tasks and inspections, and resolving any issues that arise on site.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices
- Experience in supervising and managing construction projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or site management
- Experience with plastering and dry lining is a plus
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
