* Total Remuneration $110,541 to $119,053 pa (including salary of $93,409 to $100,602 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Be part of CQUniversity's Talent Acquisition Team where you will have the opportunity to identify new and innovative approaches to staff recruitment and help promote the CQUniversity brand to prospective candidates.

Your primary role will be providing operational oversight and leadership to the Talent Acquisition Team. You will also provide high level advice and coordinate a range of employment and remuneration support functions in line with relevant legislation, standards, policies and procedures.

This position would suit an energetic and ambitious professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to develop and promote employment initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of our recruitment processes, deliver excellent candidate care, talent and diversity attraction and build skills-specific talent pipelines. You will be a solution-focussed individual capable of proactively leveraging existing platforms and social media to promote University vacancies.

Position Requirements

* Leadership – Strong operational leadership skills and experience mentoring others to achieve high performance.
* Leading change – Able to lead others through uncertainty and change.
* Compliance – Detail-oriented and able to promote and support a strong compliance culture.
* Communication & Relationships – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
* Time Management & Prioritising – Able to prioritise and manage competing deadlines and oversee operational and workload allocations.
* Policy Interpretation & Advice – Capable of interpreting enterprise agreements, policies and procedures, and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
* Marketing Skills – Experienced in developing high quality messaging to different target audiences and create engaging job advertisements or promotional content.
* Adaptable – Comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, PageUp, Microsoft Office Suite), and the ability to learn new systems and understand their functions.
