Job Details
* Two new roles: 1 Industrial Electrician and 1 Mechanical Fitter – this description covers both electrical and mechanical tasks for Residential Maintenance Technician.
* Shift: First 12 months Day & Night rotation (5:45 am – 5:45 pm). Then 8‐hour shifts: Day / Afternoon / Night – 5 days per week.
* Overtime available at Stapylton site and other sites.
Responsibilities
* Daily maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation equipment, and Maximo CMMS.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
* Record maintenance work and update documentation.
* Work independently and make technical decisions within scope.
* Adhere to safety procedures and promote a safety‐first culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Australian recognised technical qualification as an Electrician or Maintenance Fitter.
* Australian Unrestricted or Restricted Electrical Licence.
* Mechanical maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude.
* Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Safety first attitude.
* Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, or Maximo CMMS is a plus – training provided if necessary.
* Have right to work in Australia.
