A little about the role

The Case Manager role is the first line of management within our Complex Care service. Working closely with a region-based Team Manager and Operations Manager, the Case Manager coordinates and supports a team of Youth Workers. Drawing on the expertise of our therapeutic specialists and broader support teams, this role leads the placement specific delivery of person-centred, trauma-informed interventions to meet the needs of children and young people.

You will guide the team to provide intensive, trauma-informed, in‐home support, ensuring cultural safety remains central to all practice. Through focused, flexible support and high-quality care you will play a vital role in creating meaningful and lasting outcomes.

The base salary for this position is $100,776.00- $105,340.56/annum (based on 1.0FTE) + super + mobile phone + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. Company vehicle/allowance + fuel card included. This position is a permanent full-time position.

About you

You will bring with you,

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the experience of managing, supervising and coaching frontline Youth Workers while building effective relationships with stakeholders.
* A values-driven approach, grounded in cultural safety, person-centred practice and a commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for young people.
* Demonstrated capability in working with children and young people with complex or challenging behaviours, using a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services or a related human services field and a minimum of two years' experience
