About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our business team for a fintech startup focused on the Americas region, providing digital financial services designed for the region's specific needs. You will play a crucial role in defining, creating, and executing branding, marketing approaches, and digital/social media campaigns to launch our new product to the regional markets and drive customer acquisition and adoption.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.
* Manage social media, SEO, PPC, and content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
* Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging, visuals, and branding.
* Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
* Stay ahead of fintech marketing trends and the competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
* Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms) and social media channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook).
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
* Ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics.
* Deep understanding of content strategy and brand positioning.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing digital financial services, ideally in Central America and/or startup environments.
