Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a recruiter/sales trainee. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and matching them with suitable job opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
* Partnering with account managers to understand customer job openings and delivering on their needs in a timely manner
* Screening and interviewing qualified candidates via intro calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, etc.
* Coordinating, scheduling, and preparing candidates for interviews
* Performing various administrative and customer service-related tasks
