The Opportunity
We are looking for a warm, organised and patient‐focused Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in shaping every patient's journey. From the moment someone calls or walks in, you create a calm, friendly and professional experience that sets the tone for outstanding care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Creating genuine, welcoming first impressions for every patient
* Managing appointments and coordinating schedules efficiently
* Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients
* Supporting the clinical team to deliver seamless care
* Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

About You
You are someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‐paced, supportive environment. You will bring:
* Dental reception experience (preferred)
* Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software (desirable)
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Awareness of safety measures, particularly infection control protocols
* A confident, friendly communication style
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* A genuine passion for patient care
