Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
* Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time.
* Replenish and control guest supplies.
* Report any maintenance or health and safety hazards to the supervisor.
* Follow all housekeeping policies and procedures to the standard set by the executive housekeeper.
* Maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance and greet guests in a polite and courteous manner.
* Attend monthly departmental communication, training, and information meetings.
* Comply with all operational policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Handbook.
* Practice established workplace health and safety guidelines (WHS).
