Programs and Activities Lead
Lead the development, coordination, and assessment of community programs for residents.
* Mentor and supervise lifestyle team members.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
* Address resident concerns and conduct thorough investigations.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with lifestyle officers to deliver high-quality services.
* Monitor program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a community setting.
