About the role
We are recruiting for a number of phone based Digital Sales Specialists to be a part of our team based in Melbourne on a full time basis. As a Sales Specialist you will speak with new and existing customers to educate and offer them access to our growing suite of digital & tech products & services.
Some of the responsibilities will be to:
* Call new & existing customers to present digital solutions
* Experience in selling digital solutions, specifically paid search & SEO will be highly regarded
* Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls / emails whilst ensuring our high service standards are met
* Develop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clients
* Collaborate with a great team to share ideas and best practice

Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience working over the phone selling to an existing base of customers.
* The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
* Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
* Demonstrated ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
* Strong work ethic and team spirit
* You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday Visa's or sponsorship.
