What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be dynamic, people-focused, and operationally critical, including:
* Leading and managing the leasing role within our rental department
* Overseeing advertising, enquiry handling, inspections, and application processing
* Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation and company standards
* Driving leasing KPIs to maintain high occupancy and minimise vacancy periods
* Coaching and supporting leasing consultants to deliver exceptional service
* Collaborating with Property Management and Sales teams for seamless operations
* Preparing leasing documentation, rental agreements, and related compliance paperwork
* Representing Fletchers professionally in the local community and at appointments

Who You Are
You're an experienced and driven property professional with a passion for leadership and leasing excellence. You'll bring:
* Previous experience in residential leasing or property management
* Strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and excellent communication
* Ability to lead a team and improve processes for efficiency and client satisfaction
* A proactive, resilient approach in a fast-paced environment
* A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent's License
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate (highly regarded)
* A natural talent for building relationships and delivering outstanding client care
