About the Role
This is a pivotal role supporting Interpod's Leadership Team, where you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring leaders are organised, prepared, and able to focus on what matters most.
You’ll also play a broader role across the business, supporting coordination, communication, and operational flow — making you a key connector within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to CEO and GM
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
* Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
* Screen and prioritise correspondence, calls, and requests
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and travel
* Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution
* Support business planning cycles and leadership meetings
* Provide ad hoc support to other senior leaders as required
* Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
* Process expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
* Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
About You
You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in being the person others rely on. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and are always one step ahead.
You will bring:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
