Job Title
We are seeking a visionary academic leader to join our team as the Research Infrastructure Lead.
This strategic role will drive the development of cutting-edge research infrastructure for the Climate Action in Transport and Land Use Planning program, delivered through the AURIN Node at PATREC.
As the Research Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of the AURIN Node project. You will lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies, academic partners, and platform providers.
You will oversee the design and implementation of scalable, interoperable infrastructure aligned with AURIN systems. You will guide the development of analytical tools and data integration strategies to support climate-related decision-making.
Champion sustainability planning, capacity building, and long-term impact across research and policy communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A PhD in urban planning, data science, geography, transport, environmental science, or a related field.
* Proven leadership in complex research infrastructure or data platform projects.
* Expertise in data science, spatial analysis, and infrastructure for climate or urban research.
* A strong track record of stakeholder engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration.
* Familiarity with AURIN, government data systems, and planning support tools is highly desirable.
