Overview
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (Mandarin speaking) to provide first-class technical support and resolve IT-related issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical technology department within a well-established life science organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, password and connectivity issues
* Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams where required
* Assist with user account administration and system access requests
* Deliver professional and customer-focused technical support to end users
Qualifications
* Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
* Degree or studies in IT, Computer Science or related discipline, OR prior Level 1 IT support experience
* Strong interest in technology and customer support
* Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and desktop troubleshooting
* Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
