We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the day‑to‑day operations on the fit‑out of a gym and wellness centre. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be the key person preparing the daily program, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth on‑site operations. This role is for an immediate start.
About the Role
* Lead your own crew and coordinate subcontractors on site
* Ensure daily programs run efficiently and safely
* Collaborate with the Site Manager and supervisors to deliver high‑quality outcomes
* Work in a professional, high‑energy environment where presentation, communication, and leadership are valued
* Opportunity to earn a competitive rate (up to $69 per hour, depending on experience)
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Carpenter (essential)
* Commercial building experience (5+ years)
* QBCC Licence (desirable)
* Forklift ticket (desirable)
