We're partnering with a purpose‐led organisation operating within a manufacturing / processing environment. This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad, high‐impact leadership role during a period of transformation. This role will see you take ownership of end‐to‐end operations across a developing network, including manufacturing, logistics, and HSEQ. You'll play a key role in translating strategy into execution – building structure, embedding process and driving performance across a complex stakeholder landscape.
The opportunity
* Lead and optimise a multi‐faceted operations function spanning manufacturing, engineering, logistics and suppliers
* Build and embed scalable processes, systems and governance frameworks
* Drive performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery metrics
* Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improved operational outcomes
* Lead and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
* Take ownership of cost centres, budgets and operational efficiency
About you
* Relevant manufacturing industry experience – across industrial, process, FMCG or related industries
* 5+ years' experience at the Operations leadership level.
* A strong process mindset with the ability to bring clarity and discipline to evolving operations
* Comfortable managing both upwards and downwards – able to influence senior stakeholders while staying close to the frontline
* A visible, hands‐on leadership style with strong communication and problem‐solving capability
Industry background is flexible – what matters most is your ability to build, lead and improve operational environments.
