We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the team, working across a variety of clients in varying sectors and industries. It will suit someone that has had experience with all HR functions and that enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll work closely with small to medium-sized businesses, providing expert guidance and hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions:
* Organisational Change & Performance Management
* HR Generalist Advisory & Compliance
* Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)
* HR Projects, Project Management & Implementation
* Strategic HR Planning & Business Plan Development (nice to have)
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR generalist roles, ideally across varied industries and sized organisations
* Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence in managing complex cases
* Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and hit the ground running
* Strategic mindset with a passion for building out business plans (bonus)
* Intelligent, solutions-focused, and driven by a solid work ethic
* Comfortable working with minimal guidance and adapting quickly to new environments and changing requirements
