Job Overview
We are seeking a hands‐on full‐time Systems Administrator (L3), reporting into the IT Services Manager, to support our business and serve as an expert technical support for any issues escalating from within the IT and Helpdesk Team.

Responsibilities
* Act as an escalation point for technical issues within the IT team
* Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of technical projects
* Provide expert guidance on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
* Oversee system architecture, security, and infrastructure planning
* Collaborate closely with the IT Services Manager to deliver robust IT solutions
* Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
* Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing IT activities
* Mentor and support team members to build technical capability
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in senior technical roles with strong problem‐solving and communication skills.
* Expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, AWS Workspaces.
* Proficiency in systems and security tools such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
* Hands‐on experience with IT systems such as Hyper‐V, PowerShell scripting, network/server monitoring tools and backup solutions.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Desirable extras: familiarity with TrendMicro Vision One, Frameworks ERP, AIX, ProgressDB, Postman APIs, and mentoring team members.
