Job Title: Sr Program Manager
Role Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr Program Manager to join Honeywell in their Building Automation and Services organization. The role will be responsible for project and programs within WA, NT, South Australia and Victoria, leading delivery of Security, BMS, Software and Fire projects, focusing on Government and Defence work.
Key Responsibilities
* Program management
* Management reporting and program governance
* End-to-end management of service and minor works projects
* Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial forecasting
* Contractor and supplier management, procurement, and compliance
* Risk identification and mitigation
* Site inspections and quality assurance
* Stakeholder communication and reporting
* Building customer relationships
* Working closely with the sales organization to meet customer needs
* Adherence to HSE, company policies and Australian Standards
Key Experience & Capabilities
* 5+ years' experience in program management
* Experience in construction, security, BMS or M&E contracting
* Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects/programs concurrently
* NV1 clearance is essential
Desirable
* Engineering qualification is desirable
* PMP Certification is desirable
