About the role This position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of frameworks, policies and procedures to deliver effective credit control to TAFE NSW. This role leads end-to-end credit control operations, ensuring effective credit policies, governance, and compliance while balancing commercial outcomes, reputational risk, and a strong customer focus. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will provide strategic insights through reporting and credit analysis to support business growth and continuous improvement. The position also builds strong organisational relationships, develops credit capability through training, and leads a high-performing, inclusive team aligned to core values and customer-first outcomes. About You The successful candidate will have:
* Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
* Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, Public Finance and Audit Act, Treasurer's Directions and other government regulations, policies and procedures.
* Demonstrated experience in managing credit control systems and processes.
* Meet the focus capabilities for the role set out in the Role Description
* A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
