We are seeking talented professionals to play a key role in our Rehabilitation team, providing workplace rehabilitation services that empower individuals to thrive after injury or illness. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios with commitment and care, ensuring safe and sustainable outcomes.
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to overcome challenges and achieve effective results.
* Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized plans for recovery.

* Work independently, managing time effectively as you balance on-site, office, and remote work.
Requirements:
* Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
* Be registered with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA.
* Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle or other transportation arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is highly desirable.
* Demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
* Show a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
