Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking for a varied administrative role within a supportive team? Edison Property is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide essential support to our Residential Sales team.
This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in our business while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
About the role
As our Sales Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of our residential sales operations. From assisting clients to managing sales administration, you will be the go-to person who helps our team deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities
* Manage banking receipting, reconciliation, paying, and coding invoices related to residential sales properties.
* Assist sellers and buyers with contracts, VPA, and sales deposits.
* Manage property sales from listings through to settlement.
* Provide administrative and customer service support to the residential sales team.
* Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
* Prepare brochures, signboards, and sales information packages for agents prior to home opens.
* Process DLC payments prior to settlement.
* Update the listings and "under offer" electronic display board.
* Manage scheduling, booking appointments, and coordinating client meetings.
* Assist with the preparation of sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations.
* Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM system.
* Support the sales team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
* Assist reception with customer service, including answering calls, handling keys, and liaising with contractors, clients, owners, and tenants.
* Provide hospitality support and assist reception when required.
* Carry out post office runs when required.

* Proven experience in sales administration and customer service, ideally in real estate or sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated resourcefulness and critical thinking skills.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
