Position: Senior Educator (Toddler 3 or Kindergarten)
You'll take charge of a Toddler 3 or Kindergarten space, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Mount Louisa:
* Providing strong, supportive leadership to a team of passionate Educators, driving exceptional educational programs and consistent, high‐quality practice within your room.
* Full‐time, rotating roster from Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.
* Part of a large 119‐place centre with two purpose‐built buildings with books, toys, and learning experiences.

You'll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.
