Responsibilities

* Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured data.
* Develop and maintain central data warehouses, data lakes, and other data platforms.
* Support Project Managers to ensure all targets across HSEC and Quality.
* Consult with Project Management on the creation of construction plans.
* Prepare high‐quality tenders, bids, EOIs and market sounding responses.
* Develop clear, concise, and compelling written submissions tailored to clients.
* Oversee day‐to‐day running of projects safely and support crew and staff onsite.
* Support the implementation of safety and health strategy by CPB.
* Support continuous improvement of Business SHEQ.
* Stripping and disassembling mechanical and hydraulic components.
* Review and assess governance frameworks and strategies.
* Evaluate client business control processes.
* Grow market share through new client acquisition and expansion.
* Lead opportunity identification, pricing and tender submissions.
* Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts.
* Lead cost and dashboard review meetings; manage project cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
* Assist with preparation and issuance of customer invoices; process AP and AR transactions.
* Maintain asset health and develop inspection data management systems.
* Develop pressure equipment inspection scopes based on RBI assessments.
* Installation, maintenance and testing of commercial power and lighting systems.
* Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently; support crane mobilisation and deconstruction.
* Coordinate and perform airport pickups for staff and visitors.
* Service, repair, and maintain underground heavy equipment.
* Prepare and manage connection enquiries and applications (R0 and R1).
* Support fleet and facilities management, including office maintenance and cleaning.
* Lead the delivery of renewable energy projects across acreage, managing programme, budget and quality.
* Coordinate daily train service and maintenance activities.
* Conduct in‐service inspections of pipework, pumps, tanks, pressure equipment.
* Welding inspection of new and in‐service welds; provide technical guidance for welding operations.
* Operate advanced rigs (Sandvik DPi, DI650i, Epiroc D65) and maintain drill patterns.
* Operate crusher and milling equipment and support chemical usage in plant systems.
* Lead the design and delivery of digital and visual creative assets.
* Manage student apprenticeships; deliver training in bricklaying, concreting, wall/ceiling lining, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
* Assist with payroll and benefit administration.
* Perform bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Coordinate bulk and general freight across site, monitor freight demand and usage.
* Support WHS management plans and HSE objectives for the asset.
* Assist in supervising day‐to‐day site activities for MEP installation packages.
* Provide victim reporting assistance and assistance to safety management.
* Support LOD reception & client service as first point of contact.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2+ years experience in gold processing plants.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
* Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying.
* Certificate III in Concreting.
* Certificate 3 in Wall & Ceiling Lining (CPC).
* Certificate 3 in Carpentry (CPC).
* Certificate III in Electrical (UEE).
* Certificate III in Plumbing.
* Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in data engineering, mining operations, project management or construction.
* Strong fabrication and workshop experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
* Compliance with HSEC and quality standards.
* Familiarity with ISO standards and governance frameworks.
* Local residency in Broome, Derby, or surrounding areas (for certain roles).
* Willingness to travel and work FIFO or casual shifts.
* Driver's licence and forklift ticket.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent written communication skills for bid and report preparation.
